Managers are the core human capital and strategic resources of the enterprise, and the quality of business management and development is closely related to the quality and leadership of these managers.

        From November 22nd to 24th, RGX and Alibaba Group held a training course on “The Truth of Management” at Yinxian Mountain Villa in Dongguan. RGX shared 30 people to participate in this training.

        This training invited Professor Liu Luo Royce of Zhejiang University to give lectures, including: role recognition, leadership art, authorization and motivation, goal management, time management, communication management and risk control.

        Through three days of training, the personnel involved in RGX training have improved their understanding of management execution and broadened the ideas of work management, especially in their own management and working methods.
